Information we use

To display an available contact and remember it for returning visitors, this website uses a signed first-party visitor cookie for up to 30 days. Existing contact assignments and visits without that cookie may use a keyed IP identifier. We may also use your browser and device information, page address, channel, visit time, and information about a button click. If available, advertising identifiers such as a TikTok click ID and TikTok cookies may be used for measurement.

Advertising measurement

We use TikTok Pixel and Events API to measure page visits and clicks on the WhatsApp button and to understand advertising performance. A contact event can include its time and identifier, page address, IP address, browser user agent, and available TikTok click or cookie identifiers. We do not put your WhatsApp message content into this contact event.

When you arrive with a TikTok click ID, this website may retain it in a first-party cookie for up to seven days to help match a later click. TikTok may use its own cookies according to its settings and policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

WhatsApp and other providers

When you choose the WhatsApp button, you are directed to WhatsApp. Information you send there is handled through WhatsApp and may be seen by the contact you message. See WhatsApp's privacy information. Our hosting and security providers process technical connection information to operate this website; TikTok receives the measurement information described above.

Retention and requests

Information awaiting delivery to TikTok is generally retained for up to seven days before routine cleanup; after successful delivery the queued details are removed. Delivery status records are generally retained for 30 days after completion or expiry before routine cleanup. Channel visit and click statistics, including whether advertising identifiers were available, are retained for up to 30 days before cleanup. Contact assignments are retained until no longer needed or reset by the operator. Recent website activity, including a shortened keyed visitor identifier and contact-button clicks, is normally kept for around seven days and around 5,000 records. Backups may retain copies for their normal retention period.
